Majority of instruments have a very odd tone and the BA timbre comes in extremely strong in the Zeus . It’s a no from me this time. Probably one of, if not the biggest impression changes that I’ve ever had with an IEM. I really need to find another Zeus to make sure I’m not hearing things. Hopefully I’ll be able to secure a Massdrop Zeus for analysis.
11/18/2016 · Now combine this with the fine Vang brothers from Empire Ears . Empire Ears is a bit new on the IEM scene. While not as well-known, this somewhat unassuming Georgia-based company showed up at the inaugural CanLanta 2016 and had the full line on display. A friend of mine dragged me over to listen to their Zeus IEM which has 14 drivers (!).

8/9/2017 · Empire Ears Zeus XR ADEL – The Zeus does technicalities better than any IEM I have heard to date. It just trumps the Aether at everything including soundstage, imaging, separation and layering. Zeus bass lacks impact but is very well textured and extends very deep. In XIV mode, Zeus.
