Start a new game Set ironman mode on. Set it to regular at least. Set Historical Focus mode on. Then have a look left of the start button.
6/4/2019 · So I’ve been having a problem on hoi4 where no matter what I can’t enable achievements because of the rule “no cheats or modified game/save. I’ve complete luv emptied my old save folders and mod folders, deleted and reinstalled the game without any mods whatsoever yet still whenever I go to start a new game it says that I still can’t unlock achievements .

2/16/2021 · If you then notice that achievements are disabled, you can fix the issue(e.g. by doing a clean reinstall) and then load a backup from the time when achievements were still enabled. If achievements got disabled because of a modified installation, you can avoid that by loading the save game from the saved games list in the single player menu.
